Policy Statement

This routing compliance guide contains logistics requirements for all customers purchasing and receiving product from Needleart World, LLC®.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

POs will NOT be shipped until payment is received or Credit Terms have been established.  Likewise, if a customer has a past due invoice that exceeds the 5-day grace period, all current and future POs will not be shipped and will be placed on Credit Hold.



LTL FREIGHT


● The receiver will be responsible for properly inspecting all shipments. Any damages or missing products you discover must be reported to Needleart World North America, LLC within 5 business days after the order has been delivered. If the receiver fails to report these issues, Needleart World North America, LLC will not be liable for that product.


● Pallet count, carton count (per pallet), weight (per pallet), total number of cartons and total weight will be stated on the BOL provided. The receiver is responsible for signing the Carrier Copy/ Delivery receipt for total cartons and pallets, not just pallets. If the receipt is signed as complete for only pallets and there are missing cartons, Needleart World North America, LLC will not be responsible for the shortage if a freight claim is denied.


● If the shipment has been damaged or missing product, the receiver MUST sign the Carrier Receipt as such and must state the following:

“Received missing (Number) cartons” or “Received with (number) damaged cartons.”

If the receipt is not signed as such, Needleart World North America, LLC will not be responsible for the damaged or missing product.


● All COLLECT shipments claims must be filed by the receiver. The receiver is responsible for the shipment and any damage claim once the shipment leaves our dock.




PARCEL/GROUND


● The receiver will be responsible for properly inspecting all shipments. Any damages or missing products you discover must be reported to Needleart World North America, LLC within 5 business days after the order has been delivered. If the receiver fails to report these issues, Needleart World North America, LLC will not be liable for that product.


● Upon shipment, the receiver is the responsible party for any COLLECT shipment and any claims associated with the shipment.



INTERNATIONAL


● The receiver must provide a Customs Broker. If you do not have a broker, we will utilize ours, which may add a nominal fee to your order.


● For all prepaid shipments, duties/taxes/tariffs/ fees will be billed to the receiver. If the receiver fails to pay these backend fees and Needleart World North America, LLC is charged, you will be charged the original fees, and an additional $25.00 fee.


● All previously listed policies, regulations, and procedures detailed in the LTL FREIGHT and PARCEL/GROUND apply to International shipments as well.



RETURNS


● In order to return any product or shipment, the receiver must contact Needleart World North America, LLC in order to obtain a Return Order Form. If you fail to complete this process, Needleart World North America, LLC may deny the delivery return and you will be responsible for the freight charges. To obtain a Return Order form, please email wholesale@diamonddotz.com.


● Pictures of damaged or incorrect products must be included when submitting a Return Order Request.


● If there is no issue with the product, and the purchaser would like to return the product anyway, they will be responsible for the freight costs. The product MUST be in a re- saleable condition when returned for a credit to be issued. A 20% restocking fee or $25.00 (whichever is greater) will apply.
